Hon. Yusuf Sherif Abiodun was born in 1974 at Ota in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government, Ogun state.
As the majority leader, He is the chairman of all committees' chairmen.
He had his primary and secondary education at Zion Methodist Primary School and Anglican Grammar School, Otta, respectively. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Microbiology from the prestigious University of Ibadan.
He is happily married with four (4) children
